Ticket collection and auditorium rules
Once purchased, the ticket is neither refundable nor exchangeable for another date. We would also like to remind you that the Management of Fondazione Arena reserves the right to make any changes to the programme, dates and times that may be necessary due to artistic or technical requirements or force majeure.
The public is obliged to occupy their assigned seats and to carry their ticket with them at all times, to be shown at the request of the front-of-house staff.
It is prohibited to enter the auditorium once the performance has started. Spectators arriving late are invited to wait in the foyer until the first interval to reach their seats. Late spectators in the stalls will still be able to watch the performance from the galleries, if available.
Proper behaviour and respect for silence are required in the auditorium. The use of mobile phones is prohibited.
All drinks must be consumed exclusively within the bar area. It is therefore forbidden to bring glasses, bottles, or any food into the hall and the boxes.
For any problems or needs, the public is asked to contact the security staff or the venue manager.
