What is an Open Ticket?

The Open Ticket is a flexible, open-date ticket.

All you need to do is choose a sector of the Arena, excluding the numbered seats on the steps (4th and 5th sectors). The person receiving your gift will decide which performance they wish to attend.
How does an Open Ticket work?

Choose a sector and the number of tickets You can buy one or more Open Tickets, or choose an Open Ticket for two.

After completing your purchase, you will receive your Open Ticket in PDF format via email. Remember to print it or forward it to the intended recipient. All instructions to redeem the ticket are provided in the PDF itself.

How does the Open Ticket for two in the Silver sector with the Forno Bonomi gift work?
You will receive a ready-to-print PDF ticket via email.

The gift will be sent to your home (it will not be possible to enter another address).

In the days following your purchase you will receive an e-mail with the tracking of the parcel.

You will receive the gift by Christmas if you buy by 16 December from Italy. If buying from abroad or make your purchase after this date, arrival by Christmas is not guaranteed.

How to Redeem an Open Ticket

Have you received/purchased an Open Ticket? Please note that redeeming an Open ticket is subject to the availability of seats. Please choose your performance date as soon as possible. Tickets can only be redeemed at least two days before the chosen date. Check availability and redeem your Open Ticket now:

Online

go to shop.arena.it and log in to your personal area; click on Redeem Open Ticket - at least 2 days before your chosen date - and enter your ticket barcode in the designated section

By Call Center

Call the Call Centre at +39 045 8005151, open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at least two days in advance of the chosen date. Keep your order details to hand! The ticket for your chosen date (subject to availability) will be sent to you in print@home format directly by email. The cost of the call - national or international - depends on the rate charged by your telephone operator.

At the box office.

Go to the Central Box Office (Via Dietro Anfiteatro 6/b) at least 2 days before the chosen date, bringing your order details with you.
